HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@TheVIPLine.com. Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the 12 hours of your order being created, after this 12-hour window, You cannot cancel orders.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?

Each order is custom made and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a printing/quality issue. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free reprint as soon as possible.

If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.

NOTICE: If you place an order with the wrong size (Because you didn’t review our sizing chart carefully). Here is our solution:
– We will print a new replacement for you without any profit.
– You have to pay production fees plus shipping fees. We will let you know the total price that you have to pay and send you an invoice via Paypal
– We will send you the sizing chart for your confirmation before printing.
– The order will be processed when we receive the payment. The order will be put on our priority.

MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER.

If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Otherwise, our bad. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please contact us here, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can verify your claim.

We will issue a store credit or refund if your product is faulty.

There is no need to send it back to us, please donate the items to a local charity or someone in need and confirm with us.
NOTICE: If you order an item but ignore the design and color of your t-shirt. It’s not our fault so that we will try our best to help you. You have to pay for the production fees and shipping fees as “RETURN OR EXCHANGE” policies.
For example, You place a White t-shirt, but the letter is white. Our system is totally automatic. So this order still processing.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

If we ship your order to the address you provided and it will be sent back to us due to the wrong address, it shows “return to the sender”.  You can check the status by the Tracking Number that we provided by your email.
In this case, please contact to us immediately. We can reship the item but you have to pay $6-$8 for reship your items plus $2-$4 for service fees.
